The PTO exists to advance Catholic education and every Annunciation student — strengthening the partnership between parents and teachers, supporting curricular and co-curricular programs, and providing parent education. Every school parent is a member, and each year we elect representatives to the PTO Board.
A PTO subgroup schedules, organizes, and runs the Hot Lunch program, providing lunches from local vendors — staffed entirely by parent volunteers.
Parents run the Science and Art Docent programs, scheduling hands-on, curriculum-coordinated lessons and labs with teachers and staffing them with volunteers.
Three parent-led fundraisers each year help offset operating costs and keep tuition low. Parent involvement is a mandatory part of our shared commitment.
